sexual harrassement from a gay male to straight female

can a 19 yr be termenated from job for sexaual harrassment without a warning?

He is gay, he didn't do anything just a little dance and the 2 straight females didn't like it

Sexual harassment is illegal. If you were accused of harassing someone, you can be terminated. If you believe you were terminated because you were gay, you should report it to either the EEOC or NYC or NYS Division of Human Rights.
