Injured spouse?
My husband and I filed a joint tax return. He got a notice stating he owes $885 in child support and that will be taken from ''our'' return. Is this an instance where I may file the injured spouse form? The child support is collected in NJ through probation. It is taken directly from his pay monthly. Thank you.

No. The refund can be seized for child suport.
