Pre-marrital Legal Question

If I marry a man those owes the IRS, am I liable for repayment? Can the IRS seize any joint assets we acquire during our marriage?

You are not personally responsible for his tax debt. The IRS can see his his ownership interest in any property that is owned between you and him, jointly.
