Depending upon where the tickets were issued,you may have options. If you had insurance then the most serious charge will be dismissed. The same applies if you did not own the truck. The other charges may have defenses also, but I need more information. You may contact my office @7188340087.

The 1126a is a moving violation and carries 3 points. The 319 is even more serious as you can be revoked if you are unable to produce insurance. On the other hand, if your car was insured on the date of offense and you can produce proof of same for the court, this case will be dismissed. The other two tickets are not moving violations and only involve a fine payment. It really depends on where this happened. A conviction on the no insurance ticket (319.1) will lead to a 1-year suspension of your driving privileges, and I believe a violation of VTL 1126 carries 3 points (no-passing zone).

Some courts will negotiate a lesser disposition; others will hold you to the charge unless you are found not guilty.
