You need to contact an attorney that specializes in worker's compensation recovery. You are entitled to worker's compensation whether or not you were at fault for the accident, and you are also entitled to sue any non-employer for serious injuries if they caused you injuries or damages. Our law firm can refer you to a competent attorney in both practice areas. Best of luck!
