Access to Will

My father died in April, 1971 in Albany County. Do I have access to a copy of that will? If so, what is the procedure for obtaining a copy?

Call the probate clerk and find out what the fee will be. Make a request in writing and in due course, after payment of the fee, it will be mailed to you.
