Re: Administrator Release forms?

What I berlieve you are talking about is a Release and Refunding Bond, which is given to an administrator and acts as both a receipt of the funds received from the estate and, when all estate beneficiaries provide them to you and they are recorded with the Surrogate's Court, they release you from further liability and close the estate with the Surrogate's office. The form is different from a General release.
