Adminstrator of Estate
Can a Non-Resident of NY become an administrator of an estate ? There are siblings who live in NY that don't want to take on this responsibility and one out of state who would handle this duty. No surviving spouse and parent died without a will. Currently looking for an attorney to handle this very small estate near the triple city area of NY.. Endicott,Johnson City/Binghamton
