Amend my will
Can i find a form to amend my will or must i go through a lawyer again?

You can make changes to your will with a document called a "Codicil." However, an effective codicil must be executed with all the formality of a will. I suggest that you draft a new will.

There is no rule that requires that you go to a lawyer for a Will, but it is highly recommended.
The form you are looking for is a Codicil; it is very much like a Will.
It might be better to re-write the Will in its entirety, but that is your choice.

The form you are seeking is a "codicil" and is used to change a part or parts of a previous will.
It is recommended that you consult an attorney, especially if your will is more than two tears old.

A codicil must be executed with the same formality as a will. However, I would suggest creating a new will rather than amending it by codicil.
