can the children of their deceased father rent his mobile to maintain the home from freezing pipes fuel electrical taxes and etc.until the will goes through probate

The best course of action to follow is to apply to the Surrogate for the appointment of a preliminary executor who will have authority to preserve the value of the estate.

I agree, but if this cannot be done and all heirs are in agreement, the answer is yes. ANy lease documents need to be ratified by the estate representative after he/she is appointed.
