Death of Brother Without a will..Which relatives inherit?

My brother died months ago..He had an estate but

left no will.. My brother was in his 50s and was not married and had no children..His parents and 2 brothers are still alive.. Who inherits his estate?

Mom gets first $50,000 and the balance is divided 50% to spouse and the other 50% to children
