Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York
Hi, I would like to know what i can do due to the fact that last week i went to see my dream home and absolutely fell in love with it, I went at night to view it and the owner had accepted an offer in the morning.
My question is, what are the odds that the deal would not go through with the other potential buyers? and is there anything i can do to make sure the house ends up being mine?
