Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York
Can I be excluded?
My father has informed us (his grown children) that he's leaving everything to his current wife. In NYS, can he exclude us from his will? Will we have grounds to contest?

Re: Can I be excluded?
He can do it. If he is competent to sign a will, he can exclude his children from inheriting.
