Can you change the executor of your will without redoing the whole will? Can you just change the name? Thank you

Re: executor

You can sign a codicil (amendment) to the Will. Do not change anything in the Will.

Re: executor

It is best to do a Codicil (amendment to the original Will) making the change, and having it signed and witnessed in conformity with State law. A handwritten change, not properly witnessed or notarized could destroy the Will. If you need help doing the Codicil, contact me.
