If a will designatesd four beneficiaries and three of the four beneficiaries object to the named executor (who is the husband of the fourth beneficiary) will the court follow the will's designation or can another executor be appointed?

Re: executors
The Surrogate will follow the wishes of the testator unless there is persuasive evidence that the person so selected is unfit to serve.
