false use of notiry
I know a person who forged parents signature on ownership of a home to themselves prior to there parents deaths without there knowledge and to make matters crazier they notirized the papers with ther own notary stamp from proir name they used to go by. What if any legal action can be taken? by the rest of the family

Re: false use of notiry
This will require litigation to correct, joined with handwriting analysis from an expert to verify the signatures were forgeries. You do not say how much time has passed since the parents death, and this may factor into the ability to litigate this now.

The deed is fraudulent so you would have to commence an action to void the deed. Furthermore, I would file a complaint with the District Attorney's office if he fraudulently notarized a deed for himself.
