what can be done?

if a husband is the administrator of his wifes estate and the beneficery doesnt want any part of the estate because of personal reasons what action should the administrator take? and who should the administrator of estate notify of this denial of interest in the estate, its a med- mal case

Any beneficiary may renounce an inheritance by filing a Renunciation with the Surrogate's Court, Administrator, etc. within the time limitations provided by statute. Check with a clerk at the court.
