My aunt has passed away in ny without a will--myfather has predeceased her --her brother. If her assets go to her brother and sister--am i entitled to my fathers share as his sole surviving child

Where there is no spouse, children or parents, brothers and sisters are next to inherit. If a brother or sister predecaes, their issue will be substituted in their place. So, assuming one brother and one sister, one-half to the sister and one-half to the children of the deceased brother.
