Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York
I left an antique clock at my mom's house. She died a couple of years ago. My stepfather lived in her home which I am on the deed. He died recently. who gets the clock?

If the clock isn't considered a fixture, you never relinquished ownership of the clock, and you can prove you owned it before you put it in the house, it is yours.
