Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York
money in an estate account
We have sold mom's stocks and the money is in an estate account. We still have to sell her house. Can we share some of the money before the house is sold? The 2 executors and the other beneficiaries of the will are all in agreement to do lthis if we can.
