As you just discovered it there are actions you can take. Proceed on fraud against your aunt, your brother and the present owner of the house. You can make a complaint in surrogates court if there was a petition filed to administer or probate the estate. You can also try to contact the District Attorney or police in the area where the property was located.

The present owners purchased what is called Title Insurance to insure that they own the property. If you make a claim for a portion of the property they will likely settle with you. Contact a lawyer with your proofs immediately.
