Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

Mother recently passed away,brother is executor & we dont speak, mother had taken out a reverse mortgage, how can i see will as brother has made no attempt to contact me

The will must be filed when it goes to probate.

Your brother could only become executor after you've seen the will. Which says to me you're not clear about what an executor is. You should contact a lawyer because your brother may not have submitted the will for probate.
