Nineteen years has pass and a will has not been probated. Can the heirs cut and

My uncle died nineteen year ago. He left 25 acreas of land to three individuals. The will has not been probated. He left two heirs, that take care of the property. Do we as heirs have any rights to deal with the property?

It depends on what the Will says.

The Will has to be probated to have any effect.

Adverse possession may cause rights to be lost.
