objections

i originally was appointed voluntary administrator of my mother's estate. one sister objected to me being voluntary administrator. what objections can be used against me as administrator?

She can challenge your capacity; such as a waster of money, criminal, drunkard; you get the idea.

She has a right equal with yours to serve and the Surrogate may appoint both of you.
