which office can I go to change deed
My mother wants to change an existing
will and wants to change the deed
names on the house to my name
where can we go to do both things?

You should go to an attorney. My office can change the name on the deed and draft a simple will for a flat price. I am located in Nassau County and I am a short drive from Syosset.

Your mother should enlist the services of a local lawyer to aid her in changing the will and to prepare a new deed.
