POA documents after death

As an equal benficiary in my father's estate, I am wondering if i have equal rights to ALL documents from the POA acting in his behalf during his lifetime.

I agree with Norman. You do not have the authority to do this as a beneficiary, but can demand/request that the Executor do this. Of course, if the Executor was also the holder of the POA and acted improperly, your demand/request will probably be ignored, in which case you may have to initiate a lawsuit to compel this.
