Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York
Ratification of a contract by a trust
Can an agreement regarding property rights be ratified by a trust if the trust is the owner of the property but not a signature on the contract? The contacrt was signed by a beneficiary of the trust who has no legal rights to the property.

Your question is terribly vague and difficult to answer with specifics. Generally, if all of the parties in interest consent to an agreement then the agreement is enforceable.
