rejection of inheritance

Dear Sir, Madam;

Can a parent refuse a inheritance left to their children from the grandparents. In other words if my parents want to leave their estate to my children(all under 18)can I refuse it.

No; at least not without court order.

Yes, you can contest the bequest on various grounds in a probate proceeding.
