Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York
I have a relative that is diagnosed with alzheimers. A friend of his became power of attorney. My name is in the will. He emptied my relatives bank account into his own after removing my name from a trust . What recorded do I have?

If you suspect fraud call the police. You can also seek guardianship and then bring an action for breach of fiduciary duty.
