revocable POA

Can you revock a Power Of Attorney? If so, how do oyu do it? Thank you.

Yes.

Deliver to the holder of the power (the attorney in fact) a written document which states that his power is revoked.

Also, get back the Power of Attorney document given to the attorney in fact.

A POA can be revoked at any time. Simply inform the person with power that it is no longer effective. IF you have any concerns that he will abuse the power in the mean time before he returns the papers to you, inform all institutions dealing with the AIF that the power is no longer effective.
