my rights after the death of my parents

my mother passed away 7 years ago and my father 6 years ago. I have a member of my family that took control of there estate without any legal right. I have just found out that there was 120,000 dollars that she convienced my father to pull out of the bank and keep at her house. She did not tell anyone about this. What can I do, and please note that while she was giving out the monies and probally that the family knew about,I did not receive anything.

Get a good lawyer and sue her.
