statute of limitation on will/estate

My sibling and I are executors of our mother's estate.One year ago we made final disbursement of her assets.Two people will not give final sign off.Is there a statute of limitation regarding this situation?

I am not certain what your concerns are. Are you afraid that these two individuals might subsequently make a claim against you? The only way to cut off the rights of a recalcitrant beneficiary is to file a judicial accounting. You might want to speak to the clerk at the Surrogate's Court regarding this procedure.
