Waiver of Process/Consent to Probate

Relative recently deceased and we do not plan to contest will; received a form from his attorney asking for our signature on Waiver of Process and Consent to Probate. What does this mean? Thank you.

Every person with a possible interest must be notified and has the right to contest the probate. By having everyone consent, the Will gets probated and the estate administration can commence.

By signing this form you consent to the Probate of the Will and relinquish all claims to contest the Will.
