Waiver of Process/Consent to Probate
Relative recently deceased and we do not plan to contest will; received a form from his attorney asking for our signature on Waiver of Process and Consent to Probate. What does this mean? Thank you.

Re: Waiver of Process/Consent to Probate
Every person with a possible interest must be notified and has the right to contest the probate. By having everyone consent, the Will gets probated and the estate administration can commence.

Re: Waiver of Process/Consent to Probate
By signing this form you consent to the Probate of the Will and relinquish all claims to contest the Will.
