back injury
i would like to know if could still have worker's comp. even tought i got hurt in 2006. i been hurt latey with server back pain. need your help please contact me as soon as possilbe. thank you. don't have my worker comp. number.

Tough to tell whether you are entitled to compensation. It depends on whether the case was officially filed, established and accepted for a back injury. If it has, the next question the insurance company will have is whether there was some new injury or accident since you are describing a new increase in symptoms. You probably should contact a local compensation attorney as soon as possible.
