Legal Question in Workers Comp in New York

I have a full-time and a part-time job, I was injured on the full-time job. now I want to go back on a light duty job which is temporary at my my full time job. the question is my employer(full time) tells me that I can't work my part-time job. my part-time job is a light duty. is it true?

I would not do any work if you are totally disabled or recieiving the total rate and on compensation. I would also discuss this matter with your workers compensation attorney. Even an honest mistake could land you in jail for insurance fraud.
