Injured at work, Carrier agreed to pay for damages to glasses and teeth (broke 5 tooth partial at the front of my mouth). Glasses have been taken care of but im getting the run around for my dental bills what should i do? Is there a time limit, or should i wait for an approval or denial from the Carrier before i seek legal attention!

You have two years to file for workers compensation and thirty days to notify your employer. While. I encourage you to get an attorney, I fear that given the fact that your case has extremely limited value you may have a difficult time finding an attorney (unless you have permanent vision impairment). If you are part of a union, I would have them look for an attorney for you. In this way the attorney will have an incentive (too keep the union happy) to represent you. Perhaps if you could refer an attorney additional cases than that attorney will have another incentive to represent you.
