neck fusion
i just got a neck fusion,also have a h erniated disc in mid back with bulding disc and degeneration up and down my back all from 1 fall at work.the mie said 90% in due to the fall its been 8mts now,i applied for ssd do i have a good chance to get it

A neck fusion is not an "automatic" win for SSD. It is often a strong case but SSD is a different jurisdiction (Federal Law) and uses different rules to assess disability including your age, education and past relevant work. Fusions are very serious procedures and often do result in simultaneous WC and SSD awards but do not think that it is an absolute lock to get it just based on what the IME report says.
