Legal Question in Workers Comp in New York
my sec 32 agreement was signed by all parties and turned in to comp board for appoval. i do not claim ss. how long do u think for my final hearing

The New York State Workers Compensation Board generally takes two to four months to finalize a Section 32 and set a hearing. Depending on the location and calendar you will get a haering withing that time frame, then after approval there is a ten day waiting period and then a check is usually issued, Good luck!
