The maximum a hand award can be is 244 weeks. The maximum an arm schedule can be is 312. So .15% x 244 = 36.6 weeks of benefits. Times two for both hands. This number is multiplied times the maximum rate. For an arm it would be 312 x .20 = 62.4 weeks. Add that all up and subtract what you were already paid in indemnity payments (not medical) and that is what the award would be IF that were the findings of the Judge. The insurance company however may have something to say about those findings.

There is so much information that I would need to answer that question. What is your workers comp rate? What are your prior comp payments? Is your employer looking for reimbursement? What do the insurance company doctor's say?
