Legal Question in Immigration Law in Nigeria

I am a 7 months pregnant newly-wed with a good job, substantial savings and a fairly rich family. I and my husband come from Nigeria and I wish to come to the US to give birth purely for the reason of receiving better medical care than that in Nigeria. I am more than willing and able to pay for my medical bills and will not use any public funds. However, I want to ask how I can make sure I am not refused entry and turned back at the US border because of my pregnancy (while on a tourist visa). Also, how do I convince the border agent to allow me a 3 month stay in the US in order to give birth. I don't want to have to try and hide my pregnancy or do anything dodgey like that. Thank you.
