Legal Question in Immigration Law in Nigeria
What would the requirements for a visa be if a non-resident alien with two minor US citizen kids wants to move to the US to enable them continue their education?
1 Answer from Attorneys
There is no such a visa. A visitor's visa would authorize you to stay in USA temporary without right to work for up to 6 months at a time.
When your children are adults, they might be able to petition for your residency.
