Bank Fraud

I have a business account whic is setup to do ach drafts and my assisant has created fake ach drafts and transfered $22,000 to herself. I am prosectuting her but i also want to know if i am unable to recover the money from her can the bank prosecute me

Yes you can bring a civil lawsuit vs. her.

Depending on your knowledge and awareness of her activity and your actions after discovering it, your criminal culpability would be secondary, but potential.
