Legal Question in Banking Law in North Carolina
embezzlement investigation.Hoping for a response please!!!
I retrieved a police report stating that the case is being handled by the financial crime unit of the police department. My question is why is the secret service involved with the investigation. Why is the police department not handling the investigation. Is this a bad or good thing that the secret service is involved and if they are involved can it still be a state case.
