Legal Question in Banking Law in North Carolina

bank fraud

i am an indian citizen holding a bank account with a charlotte bank. two years ago i directed the bank to ... quote ''debit my account and pay $ 100,000 to mr Ben (you may pick his official name from your records)''. Ben is a priority customer of the bank. he is one introduced my account. prior to my mail to bank, branch manager of the bank sent a mail to me saying ''ben is asking for cheque, i need your authority to pay'' . next i sent to the above quoted mail to pay ben. But bank paid the money to one LLC where ben is a partner. reson for me to pay ben was to loan him so that my capital will beprotected by him for an investment he suggested. now the llc failed. ben is refusing to pay. i checked with the bank how the payement is done. they checked and confirmed having paid to LLC. i lodged a complaint. bank said since it is past 90 days they can't do anything. i suspect there was a a collusion to defraud me . i complained to better business bureau. Bank wrote to BBB saying that they can't discoluse customer details to BBB. i have all evidences to prove . how can i get my money
