Legal Question in Banking Law in North Carolina
When two are separated and the wife takes payments up on vehicle being paid she later finds out she can't keep payments up and wants to render the vehicle back to husband. The vehicle is in both names if husband agrees to do this can he get the title changed to delete her name without changing loan.

No, The wife has to sign her rights over to him by some method.
