Yes, after 6 yrs. form the date you originally filed. Jan. '91 + 6yrs. = Jan. '97.

Under fed. law credit agencies may report your bkruptcy. for up to 14 yrs.

Fed. law also allows you to write up to 200 words to report your discharge if you feel it is importat to do that. Those reading your report are interested in your credit worthiness not whether you got your discharge.
