Evidence relating to false fire alarms.

Would using UV light to illuminate UV ink placed on pull stations be considered an unlawful search if done without consent?

Not if they are in a public place. Even if they are on private property and are examined without the consent of the owner, the owner would be the only one who could complain because only her rights would have been violated. Unless she's the one accused of pulling the false alarm, the lack of her consent won't help the defendant one bit.
