I believe so.I have kidney problem I can't get to a store.Amazon is trying to run a price gouging scheme can I sue?

This is not a "price gouging" scheme. If you are not happy with Amazon, you can chose to shop else where. Price Gouging is when an entire industry in an area increases prices usually in response to a crisis. A lawsuit against Amazon would not be successful.
