Legal Question in Consumer Law in North Carolina
Uber's driver tried to get over today.He bumped up the price with a fraudulent charge.Thexoriginal trip was $5.90.He aded a false wait time charge of .11.Can Uber be sued ...they haven't responded to my complaint?

I don't know enough about Uber to know if this is a charge...but there is no lawsuit worth filing over 11 cents. At best, if you won't you could get your damages...11 cents, maybe you could prove this was an unfair trade practice, which would treble (triple) your damages to 33 cents.
